🙏As always thanks for reading CleanWork Report!
Let’s get right to it!
Asking or researching how to do something when it comes to commercial cleaning is fine. You actually can find a lot of great advice on the internet.
But if you really want to learn and master, action is the best teacher.
Researching and getting advice will give you the steps you need to complete the task but actually doing the task will solidify those steps in your memory.
Which you can then master through repetitive action.
Ask then do.
If you need to ask, here are some great places to do so.

Cold call potential clients.
If you want to reach potential clients and figure out if they sub out the cleaning of their facility quickly, cold calling is the way to go.
While you're reaching out to potential clients make sure you use the GRRRR Method:
💻(G) google your target demographic and make a list of potential clients.
📞(R) reach out to each one (cold call).
🤓(R) research each one.
🧠(R) remember to keep the results to each cold call so they can either be kept on your list of potential clients or removed.
🔄(R) repeat this for each potential client until you go through your whole list.
You can get a sample cold calling script 👉 here.

If you reach out to them more then likely you will be pointed to one person and asked to fill out a form. Then you are basically just waiting for them to reach out.
Banks usually have a vendor sign up form on their websites. Again once you do this it’s a waiting game.
