MERCER COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE ADDENDUM # 1 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 2007 JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE WEST WINDSOR AND JAMES KERNEY CAMPUSES Notice is hereby given that an addendum has been issued for the Janitorial Services RFP #2007 by Mercer County Community College. This addendum shall be considered part of the proposal documents for the Janitorial Services for the West Windsor and James Kerney Campuses as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original proposal documents, this Addendum #1 shall govern and take precedence. BEVERLY HOUSING AUTHORITY IFB ANNUAL JANITORIAL/ CLEANING SERVICES September 24, 2020 The Beverly Housing Author- ity, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the supply of services as described in the specifications for its ANNUAL JANITORIAL/CLEANING CON- TRACT. It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the pe- riod of November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2021. The Beverly Housing Authority has the option to renew for up to two additional years, contingent upon satisfacto- ry operations and the availability of funds required to perform An- nual Cleaning Services. Renewal is at the sole discretion of the Beverly Housing Authority. Work is estimated to cost $75,000.00. Each bidder is encouraged to at- tend a walk-through of the facili- ties on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 10 a.m. at the BHA Maintenance Office, 17 Courtney Drive, Beverly, MA 01915. The Specifications and Bid Forms must be submitted on or before Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. to the Beverly Housing Authority, 137 Rear Bridge Street, Beverly MA 01915 in a sealed en- velope endorsed with the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked with the applicable con- tract name.
