TOWNSHIP OF FAIRFIELD ESSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Fairfield for "Two (2) Year Contract for Janitorial Cleaning Services for Township Buildings" in the Township of Fairfield on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, Essex County, New Jersey 07004. Specifications and forms of bids, contracts and bonds for the proposed work, prepared by Steve Bury, P.E., Municipal Engineer and approved by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Fairfield, have been filed in the office of the Municipal Engineer, located in the Municipal Building at 230 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, Essex County, New Jersey, and may be inspected by prospective bidders during regular business hours (8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.). Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the specifications by the Engineer upon request and payment of fifty ($50) dollars non-refundable for the cost of preparation. CITY OF STOCKBRIDGE, GEORGIA JANITORIAL
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY OF STOCKBRIDGE, GEORGIA JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE RFP NO: 2020-0025 DATE: OCTOBER 7, 2020 The scope of work of this contract will include complete janitorial services for the City of Stockbridge, which are listed within this proposal, from a certified, bonded Contractor. Additionally, the City will need a Contractor that can perform daily wipe downs and disinfecting services to combat COVID-19. The City currently has seven (7) locations that require janitorial services. The total square footage to be serviced is approximately ninety thousand (90,000) square feet. This number is subject to change and the City reserves the right to either add or delete locations, square footage and/or frequency of service(s). The successful Contractor will be required to provide quality service with minimal service call backs. During this COVID-19 public health pandemic, the Contractor will be expected and required to follow all Center for Disease Control (CDC) cleaning requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. Areas shall be cleaned with proper dilutions of disinfectant/detergent cleaning products to control disease-causing organisms. Servicing shall be accomplished often enough to assure adequacy of supplies and hygienic condition of facilities. The Contractor shall use only germicidal disinfectants that bear an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Registration Number and are EPA approved for COVID- 19 disinfection. The services to be provided must meet or exceed the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations, Interim Recommendations for US Community Facilities with Suspected/Confirmed COVID-19. Furthermore, the Contractor will provide a copy of their COVID- 19 cleaning Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Due to Covid-19, the Pre-Proposal Conference or any other information session (if indicated in the schedule of events) will be held via teleconference on Web-EX. Information regarding the meeting will be listed in the “Schedule of Events” of this RFP. Unless indicated otherwise, attendance is not mandatory, although suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend. However, in the event the conference has been identified as mandatory; then a representative of the supplier must attend the conference in its entirety to be eligible for contract award. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference was be held online Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT via Cisco WebEx. Beginning May 1, 2020, the City of Stockbridge Procurement Division, began conducting bid openings 100% online! (UCCA) is seeking bids from qualified lawn maintenance contractors to provide services at five (5) Head Start/ Early Head Start locations across Anson, Union, & Richmond counties.
