šAs always thanks for readingĀ CleanWork Report!
Letās get right to it!
Getting in early when a cleaning contract is coming up can increase your chances of winning.
Sometimes the person who handles the cleaning contracts doesn't even put it out for bid if you leave a good enough impression.
Two ways to get in early:
Build relationships with commercial realtors and set up a small referral fee if they can give a lead that you end up signing a contract with.
Or
Keep your eye on construction. Find out who is going in the newly constructed building and reach out.
While you're keeping your eye on construction you mine as well try to do the post-construction cleanups too.
Hereās a post on how I found 2,000,000+ sq ft in post-construction cleanup work in two weeks.
